Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:
We utilize USPS and UPS for our shipping services.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-6 business days for domestic orders, and 7-21 days for international orders, using USPS or UPS.

 

Shipping Costs and Fees:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the selected service. We do not charge additional handling fees.

 

Shipping Zones and Restrictions:

  • Currently, we ship to the US and Canada only.

 

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 pm Central Time are often processed the same day.

 

Delays During Peak Seasons or Holidays:

  • Please be aware that there may be delays during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number is provided via email once the order is processed, available through the USPS or UPS websites.

Shipping Delays and Issues:

  • For any concerns about shipping delays, lost packages, or items damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@jetlagx.com. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to JetLag X at a specified address for a refund. Please contact support@jetlagx.com before returning an item.

 

Wrong or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to support@jetlagx.com for a resolution. If the mistake is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement upon receipt of the returned item.

  • We communicate with customers about shipping status and concerns via email. Please contact support@jetlagx.com for inquiries.

 

Customs and Duties (International Shipping):

  • International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
