Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the selected service. We do not charge additional handling fees.

Currently, we ship to the US and Canada only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 pm Central Time are often processed the same day.

A tracking number is provided via email once the order is processed, available through the USPS or UPS websites.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to JetLag X at a specified address for a refund. Please contact support@jetlagx.com before returning an item.
Wrong or Damaged Items:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to support@jetlagx.com for a resolution. If the mistake is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement upon receipt of the returned item.
